2006 Pinot Noir

This vintage provides a more intense example of  Oregon's signature red wine.  Lively notes of cherry and raspberry fruit and nutmeg spice on the nose compliment the wine's rounded tannins and smooth finish.  This wine pairs nicely with salmon, light meats and peppery foods.

2007 Pinot Noir

This vintage exemplifies the magic that is a fine Oregon Pinot Noir.  Aged in French oak for 18 months, it is bright garnet in color, has an intense floral nose, flavors of ripe cherries and cloves, great mouth feel and a moderately long finish.  It is a light-bodied wine suitable for pairing with roasted poultry, light meat dishes, or salmon.   

2008 Tempranillo

This vintage delivers a readily approachable example of wine from Spain's noble red grape.  Dark ruby in  color, with soft tannins and flavors of dark fruit and warm  spices, it pairs well with tomato-based pasta dishes and light meat dishes such as pork or poultry.

Red Oak - Red Table Wine

This non-vintage blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Tempranillo is exceptionally smooth, due in part to two years aging in French oak for a major portion of the blend. It will pair nicely with a variety of everyday dishes such as pastas, stews, casseroles and hamburgers. 

Dry Pinot Noir Rosé

This delightful dry wine sat for 36 hours on the skins prior to pressing.  As a result, it dazzles with a brilliant ruby hue.  Its bright acidity allows it to pair nicely  with both delicate seafood dishes and light appetizers.

2009 Dry Gewürztraminer

This spectacular example of a dry wine from the noble German grape will enchant you with its intense nose and seductive flavors reminiscent of lychee nuts. It will pair nicely with spicy Asian dishes.
